The protection of two fundamental Photon etc. technologies has now been extended to the Australian market, with the issuance of patents covering our Bragg Grating Tunable Filter (Patent #2005217410) and Spectrographic Multiband Camera (Patent #2006239759). Continuing our strong commitment to a diverse and extensive intellectual property portfolio, we have also submitted two new international patent applications for recent Photon etc. innovations, expanding our portfolio to twenty-two patent filings covering eight different patent families in countries around the world.
