Hyperspectral Imaging : Dermatologic Studies
Many different skin molecules (haemoglobin, melanin, etc.) absorb light at specific wavelengths (colors). Photon etc’s Widefield Hyperspectral Camera allows the acquisition of high resolution spatial and spectral images. Scanning on the whole VIS-NIR range makes it possible to analyze the molecular content of the skin and to identify abnormal zones, irritations or changes related to dermatological clinical trials.
