Specialized in the vertical integration of complete systems, Photon etc. has a solid reputation in the scientific community for applications such as small animals in vivo imaging, characterization of solar panels, development of nanotechnologies and industrial material sorting.




L-EOS is an infrared push broom hyperspectral imager scanning from 0.9 to 2.8 µm.


IR VIVO benefits from reduced light scattering, absorption and auto-fluorescence with a sensitive detection system in the near and shortwave infrared.


IMA is a hyperspectral microscope delivering spectral and spatial information in the VIS, NIR and/or SWIR spectral ranges (400 nm - 1620 nm).

ZephIR™ 1.7

ZephIR 1.7 is Photon etc.’s near-infrared InGaAs low-noise camera, deep-cooled at -80°C and highly sensitive from 0.9 to 1.7 µm

Alizé™ 1.7

The Alizé 1.7 is a high-end, scientific grade, 640 x 512 pixels resolution, InGaAs camera that marries performance with reliability.

ZephIR™ 2.5

The ZephIR 2.5 is a deep-cooled, SWIR camera sensitive from 850 to 2500 nm.


The ClaIR NIR-II microplate reader captures full fluorescence spectra from 900 nm to 1600 nm and the transmittance spectrum from 500 nm to 1600 nm.


IRina™ is an in vivo NIR-II spectral probe ideal to quantitate bio-photonic emissions and visualize spectral shifting of activity-based sensors in real-time.


The nCore is a fully autonomous multi-sensor scanning platform built for continuous drill core scanning and handling.


GRAND-EOS is a global hyperspectral camera continuously tunable from 400 nm to 1650 nm. This system combines micro and macro modalities.

ZephIR™ 2.9

The ZephIR 2.9 is Photon etc’s 320 x 256 px camera sensitive up to 2900 nm. The camera operates at up to >2500 fps with hardware-coded ROI reduction.


The LLTF CONTRAST is a non-dispersive tunable (400-2500 nm) bandpass filter based on volume Bragg gratings.


The HypIRia are image-space telecentric lenses optimized for 1 to 2.9 µm. They deliver a high throughput for high-quality imaging.


The HyperCube is a hyperspectral filter continuously tunable in the VIS, NIR and SWIR spectral ranges.


RIMA is a hyperspectral global microscope delivering spectral and spatial information. This system rapidly provides Raman maps over large fields of view.


S-EOS is a global hyperspectral camera continuously tunable from 900 to 1620 nm or from 900 to 2500 nm.


V-EOS is a global hyperspectral camera continuously tunable from 400 to 1000 nm.


LIMA is a hyperspectral global microscope where the excitation is tuned from 400 nm to 1620 nm allowing for unique darkfield and brightfield imaging.


CIMA is a hyperspectral confocal system sensitive between 400 nm and 1700 nm.


PHySpec is Photon etc.’s proprietary software for instrument and camera control. It is easy to install and presents a straightforward user interface.
